So somebody did some research. Estimates show that slacking costs employers nearly $800 billion a year. At my old job they would call this type of loss "soft dollars". If that's the case, then no-one will notice the loss! US workers do all sorts of fun things like surf the internet, talk and socialize, run errands and look for other jobs. I think they forgot the part about snort cocaine, have sexual relations in the bosses office..... Check the article out HERE
